THE POWER OF HEROIC FAITH

Hebrews 6:12
12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

This is the secret of any great man in the kingdom both contemporary or dead. All the great men in the kingdom of God possessed heroic faith.

WHAT IS HEROIC FAITH?

It's the faith that chooses to embrace as a priority the advancement of the kingdom of God, kingdom agenda, kingdom vision with the resolve to overcome hardships, hindrances, oppositions knowing that God will reward me.

ALL THE HEROES MENTIONED IN THE BOOK OF HEBREWS 11 USED THEIR FAITH FOR THE KINGDOM AND THE OVERFLOW OF THAT WAS THE BLESSING THEY ENJOYED.

WE BELIEVE FOR CASH, CLOTHES, COTTAGES AND CARS

Psalms 37:4-5
4 Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

5 Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring[ it] to pass.


Matthew 6:33
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.


TYPES OF FAITH

SAVING FAITH- faith need for salvation
SUBMISSIVE FAITH- Peter submitted his faith to God, followed directions and got a big fish.
STRATEGIC FAITH- the process of faith in Mark 11
SURROGATE FAITH- it's when a person uses their faith for another. Syrophenician mother.
SPECIAL FAITH- this is the faith that comes by the impartation of the holy spirit. It is given for ministry
STIMULUS FAITH- this is the faith when you step out to do something and trust that God will help you.



PRIORITY OF FAITH

Why did God give me faith?

KINGDOM ASSIGNMENTS- to use my faith to advance his kingdom projects.
KINGDOM APPROPRIATIONS- for the specific things promised in the bible.
KINGDOM ASPIRATIONS- for the things I desire to have, eg cars, clothes, cash, cottages etc.


EXAMPLES-

NEHEMIAH AS A CUP BEARER USED HIS FAITH TO BUILD THE BROKEN WALLS OF JERUSALEM AND BECAME A GOVERNOR LATET

MOSES AS A FUGITIVE USED HIS FAITH TO DELIVER ISRAEL AND BECAME A LEADER

DAVID A SHEPHERD BOY USED HIS FAITH TO KILL GOLIATH AND BECAME A KING

YOU CAN USE YOUR FAITH FOR KINGDOM ASSIGNMENTS ANS CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
